2025 Festival Season

Online Single Day Admissions Information

All tickets are subject to specific terms and conditions.
Single Day Admissions are Only Available online.
Peak season rates applicable beginning September 13th.
Group rates begin at groups of 20 or more and can be purchased over the phone. Group tickets are not available if the festival is sold out. Prices listed above.
Active Military Personnel with photo identification should purchase the tickets they want at the regular pricing to secure their tickets and can receive a refund between the regular price and the group price by presenting their Active-Duty Military ID at the Will Call Window for their entire purchase. Prices listed above.
Buses - Easy drop off and loading with ample bus parking nearby.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for another date. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions listed below and agreed to during the purchase process.

Ticket Refund Policy - Terms & Conditions

Tickets are subject to the following terms and conditions agreed to during the purchase process.

Tickets cannot be exchanged for another date. If you are unable to attend on the selected date you must submit for a refund through the Refund Request portal below and repurchase for a new date. If the Thursday 11:59 PM EDT deadline has passed you are not eligible for a partial refund and your tickets will remain valid. If you are not able to attend the tickets can be used by a family member or friend.

Only the customer who purchased tickets through our ticket system may submit for a limited refund, less convenience and processing fees, and only up to 11:59 PM EDT the Thursday before the event date printed on the ticket. Thereafter tickets are non-refundable. Tickets purchased after 11:59pm EDT Thursday for the upcoming weekend are not-refundable. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment on our ticket system.

Each ticket refund will be reduced by $5.00 for the ticket reservation, convenience and processing fees for securing and refunding the tickets.

Only single day tickets or the entire group purchase of group tickets are eligible for a limited refund. Fractions thereof are not refundable.

Annual 4-Day, 7-Day and 19-Day tickets are not eligible for refunds.

Eligible tickets can only be refunded using the Refund Request Portal.

The refund cut off day and time is set as once the ticket holder initiates the process through the portal, a staff member must manually process the chargeback and authorize the refund.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and the credit to appear on your statement. In the event the festival announces a closure before opening your tickets will be automatically refunded.

Purchasing your Online Ticket

Simply enter the number of tickets you want to purchase in the appropriate category, enter your payment information, you will receive payment confirmation and ticket via email.

When you place an order, the information that you provide us is sent via a secure connection so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Once your information arrives it is carefully stored and protected against unauthorized access.

Printing your Online Ticket

Once you receive your Ticket via email, you can print out the Ticket and present it at the gate or present the barcode on your phone for scanning.

Please be sure the barcode is sized properly and is clearly legible before presenting at the gate.

Don't worry! If, in the rare instance, you do not receive your email , or you are unable to print, or you forget to bring your ticket, please visit any Ticket Window to have your tickets re-issued. Be sure to bring with you your identification or your order confirmation number.
