All ticket types are sold online only and are date specific.
General Admission:
- Adult (Ages 16- 61) $31.00 (plus Amusement Tax and Big Tickets Fee)
- Senior (Ages 62+) $27.00 (plus Amusement Tax and Big Tickets Fee)
- Children (Ages 7- 15) $17.00 (plus Amusement Tax and Big Tickets Fee)
*Children 6 and under are free but do require a ticket for entry. Please select the 6 and under free ticket option upon checkout*
**Amusement Tax (10%) is a required tax per Anne Arundel County and the State of Maryland, this is not a sales and use tax which in some cases is available for tax exemption.**
***Big Tickets Fee is the cost charged by our ticket provider Big Tickets, to complete any ticket transaction.***
****Orders are limited to ten (10) tickets per order. If you have a need for more than ten (10) tickets, you will have to complete another order.****
Active Military Discount to receive your active military discount, please visit the Will Call Window with your proper active ID. The Active Military Discount is $4 per ticket.
Group Tickets the Maryland Renaissance Festival no longer offers a Group Ticket rate due to ticket security concerns.
Villager of Revel Grove $124.00 (plus Amusement Tax and Big Tickets Fee)
The Villager of Revel Grove is a membership program offering flexibility to our loyal customers, choose when and how often you visit Revel Grove. Villager pricing includes four (4) festival days of your choosing. Should you want to attend more than four (4) days, villager membership guarantees ticket availability for any festival day until Thursday 11:59pm for the upcoming weekend. Villagers will be notified weekly to confirm their ticket usage for the upcoming festival weekend and give them the opportunity to purchase more than the first four (4) days. Villager of Revel Grove tickets are villager/individual specific, non-refundable and non-transferable. At the outset of the new villager program, this is by invitation to customers over the years who have participated in the various multi-day ticket plans. Anyone can sign up on the villagers’ waiting list, but priority is given to the past participants.
In addition to changing the types of tickets we offer, the Maryland Renaissance Festival has implemented additional security measures to protect our tickets, this includes anti-bot protection, limiting ticket orders to 10 tickets only, staggering the release of our tickets, and sending your tickets 24 hours prior to your date specific date.

Tickets listed for sale on StubHub, TickPick, SeatGeek, VividSeats, Facebook, and any other third-party website are fraudulent or speculative tickets and will not be accepted at the event. To ensure tickets are accessible to our actual customers at the fair market rate listed on our website, the Maryland Renaissance Festival will send your actual tickets 24 hours prior to your date specific event date. Fraudulent or speculative tickets are banned under Maryland’s Commercial Law – Consumer Protection – Sale and Resale of Tickets Law which went into effect July 1st, 2024. Please do not support third-party reselling and encourage your fellow customers to report any third-party listing. The best chance to get tickets for temporarily sold-out dates is by signing up for the Waitlist on your chosen date. Additional tickets for the upcoming weekend of your choosing will be released Monday and Friday.
Your tickets will become available the day before the date of your earliest date specific ticket selected. A second email with your tickets will be sent to the email address utilized for the purchase of tickets. Please save your confirmation email with your order number for any ticketing issues or for refunding purposes.
Once you have finished your journey to our free parking lot, enter the gates of Revel Grove using your passport to merriment. You will be greeted with a map of the realm listing all the locations and attractions the festival has to offer. With 8 stages, jousting, street entertainment and pub/tavern performances all included with your admission, there is so much to do and see that not all of it can be experienced in one day.
** All Beverages and Games require CASH CURRENCY ONLY. All Food booths accept cash or credit/debit cards. Some Crafts stands have the ability to accept credit/debit cards, but not all. Cash is highly recommended. **
The Festival has capacity limitations and does regularly experience Sold Out Days. However, the Festival’s ticket strategy allows for tickets to be sold in advance and offers a limited number of last-minute tickets prior to the upcoming weekend. If your preferred festival day shows Sold Out, sign up for the Waitlist to be the first to be notified of any ticket availability (signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee tickets will become available). Additional tickets for the upcoming weekend will be released Monday and Friday, with Waitlisted persons first to receive offers in the order they signed up to purchase available tickets. Offers will expire after 12 hours.
The Festival website is the only place/seller of our tickets. Tickets sold on third-party websites are almost always scams/fraudulent and cannot be authenticated for validity by the Festival. We recommend using the waitlist option for the best chance at getting Sold Out tickets.
We recommend before purchasing tickets checking the Crownsville local weather for the upcoming weekend, or follow us on our social media accounts for weather updates.

Tickets cannot be exchanged for another date. If you are unable to attend on the selected date you must submit for a refund through BigTickets and repurchase for a new date. If the Thursday 11:59 PM EST deadline has passed you are not eligible for a partial refund, and your tickets will remain valid. If you are not able to attend the tickets can be used by a family member or friend.
Only the customer who purchased tickets through our ticket system may submit for a limited refund, less convenience fees, and only up to 11:59 PM EST Thursday before the event date printed on the ticket. Thereafter tickets are non-refundable. Tickets purchased after 11:59 PM EST Thursday for the upcoming weekend are not refundable. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment on our ticket system.
Each ticket refund will include the cost of the ticket and the amusement tax but will exclude the BigTickets fee.
Only single day tickets are eligible for a limited refund.
Villager of Revel Grove tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Peak attendance hours are typically between 11am and 3pm daily. Longer lines and limited seating are to be expected during these hours. The festival recommends attending early or later in the festival day and eating or drinking outside traditional hours.
Yes. Your tickets dated for today purchased online through our website or tickets dated for today you have waiting for you at the Will Call ticket window, save your place in today’s festivities. Be sure to let the police officers and/or parking staff know that you already have tickets. Non-ticket holders will be turned away due to limited parking availability.
If you have tickets for members of your party that have not arrived, please use our free Will Call window services to hold tickets until the remaining members of your party arrive. Enjoy the festival without the hassle of waiting or having to leave the festival to give the remaining members of your party their tickets. Please note, single day tickets that are not picked up by the end of the day are no longer valid and cannot be refunded or exchanged for another day.
You can also transfer tickets to other members of your party through their Big Tickets account. This article can walk you through the process.
Yes! Once you have purchased your tickets through BigTickets you can log into your account and transfer tickets you own to a friend or family member. You will enter their name and email address, select the tickets to transfer, and confirm the transfer. The recipient will receive an email prompting them to make an account on BigTickets, or log in if they already have one, and claim the transferred tickets which will be added to their account. Beginning with the 2026 season the Maryland Renaissance Festival has launched the Villagers of Revel Grove program to replace the previous Multi-Day pass program.
At this time all Villagers of Revel Grove memberships have been claimed for the 2026 season. If you are on the waitlist or sign up for it, your position on the waitlist will remain the same until next season. Should any current Villagers of Revel Grove choose not to renew their membership in 2027, those spots will be offered to the waitlist in chronological order of sign-up.
Joining the Villagers of Revel Grove program, put simply, guarantees access to one adult ticket per festival day should you wish to use it. The upfront price of joining the program ($124 plus Amusement Tax and BigTickets fee) covers the first four tickets. Once you have claimed your first four villager tickets, each day you claim another you will pay the standard single-day adult ticket price ($31 plus Amusement Tax and BigTickets fee).
For its initial launch the Villagers of Revel Grove program was by invitation only. Invites were sent to those who met certain criteria based on previous multi-day passes and their usage. We understand there are more individuals interested in the program than spots available. Given that, we have instituted a waitlist. The waitlist will roll over year after year and will be addressed in chronological order. Should a current member of the program decide not to renew next year, their spot will be offered to the top of the waitlist. In this case, the individual at the top of the waitlist will receive an email to confirm their interest in joining the program that is valid for 12 hours.
Each Monday before a festival weekend every Villager will receive an email reminding them to claim their tickets for the coming weekend if they plan to use them. There will be a link in the email, or you can login to your BigTickets account directly. You can then add your single adult ticket to your cart. During this process, pending availability, a villager can also purchase additional tickets whether from the general admission tickets if the date is not sold out or if it is part of the Monday ticket release of withheld tickets.
This is to be expected. All of our tickets - both Villager tickets and general single-day tickets - have a delayed delivery. You will receive a confirmation email when you claim your ticket, and the ticket itself will be delivered to the same email address the day before the ticket date unless you transfer the ticket to a different BigTickets account before the delivery.
Absolutely. Joining the Villagers of Revel Grove program does not prevent you from purchasing single-day tickets. You can purchase tickets for friends and family through the general pool of single-day tickets after they go on sale just like anyone else. When you claim your Villager tickets you will also have the opportunity to purchase additional single-day tickets from the general pool, pending availability.
Yes. Next summer you will receive an email asking if you’d like to renew your villager status. The only reasons a renewal would not be offered is if a villager is caught attempting to resell tickets - either their villager tickets or general admission tickets - or if they do not claim any of their villager tickets. Any villager spots that are not renewed will be offered to those on the waitlist in the order they signed up.

Eligible tickets can only be refunded using BigTickets.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and the credit to appear on your statement. In the event the festival announces a closure before opening your tickets will be automatically refunded.
